Michele Miller

With over 40 years of service dedicated solely to the legal field, Michele Miller plays a vital role as a paralegal for our Corporate Team.  Michele was with the firm when it began in 1993 and currently assists attorneys in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and general corporate matters.  She is responsible for drafting and filing corporate applications, reports and resolutions, conducting UCC searches and filings, and keeping client corporate record books up to date.  Having a keen eye for detail and possessing excellent proofreading skills, Michele helps the Team take transactions from their initial stages all the way through closing.
