Kaitlynn Ebben

Kaitlynn is a member of The Rose Group litigation team. Kaitlynn’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters, including commercial, construction, and insurance disputes with an emphasis on in-depth legal analysis and briefing.

Kaitlynn graduated from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, Kaitlynn was consistently named to the Dean’s List and served as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review. Kaitlynn also actively participated in the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic working alongside licensed attorneys to provide legal assistance to low-income individuals.

Prior to joining The Rose Group, Kaitlynn gained a wide range of legal experience in civil, commercial, and insurance litigation. During her final year of law school, Kaitlynn refined her civil litigation skills by serving as the firm’s law clerk. Additionally, while in law school, Kaitlynn gained insurance litigation experience clerking for a local insurance defense firm. Kaitlynn also gained insight into effective brief writing and legal advocacy by serving as a legal intern for the Honorable Joan F. Kessler of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
